Men - Killing Time | Parenting Course

March family day

Family DayOur Gateway kids did a great job of leading us in worship, entertaining us with their dancing and putting on a wonderful concert for everyone at our family day on 29 March.

I would like to congratulate the children on a job well done and we are very proud of every one of you! They had an important message to convey, and I think they did very well. I trust that we have all taken away something useful from the day. Apart from the amazing input we had from the children, everyone enjoyed the relaxed time together and we had a great time of eating and laughing and playing games.

Men - Killing Time

Killing TimeA number of the men went to a "Men's Breakfast" hosted by Emmanuel Church Oxford. The speaker was Noel Fellowes' a man who had been falsely imprisoned for manslaughter and spent 7 years in a maximum security prison. After coming to the Lord he prayer for Justice and for his innocence to be brought to light, he was later acquitted of the crime as new evidence came to light. Am amazing testimony of the grace of God and how no one is too far gone. Praise His name

Parenting Course

Parenting Course

The Parenting Course was meant to take place on Saturday 16th May, however only 2 families registered and it was decided the course would be moved to sometime after the summer holidays.

This course promises to be practical, you will leave with a number of handy tools. Parenting is not for the faint hearted, the times we live in are placing untold pressures on our children as they grow up. We as parents have both the privilege and responsibility to bring them up in the ways of the Lord.
